I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
All orders with verified addresses are processed in 3-5 business days, not including weekends.
After that, standard delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days and 14-30 business days for international orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping charge. We are not able to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our returns department.
